Located in the highlands of Talamanca mountain range (the oldest geologically formation of the country), approximately 85 km southeast of San José. Trogón Lodge is a family farm in the mountain at 7000 ft of altitude with a fresh water river running through the property. Guest accommodations include 10 rustic cabins, each one with 2 private bedrooms, private bathroom, hot water and heating. Delicious home-cooked meals are served in a family style restaurant.
